We had a freddo espresso along with some orange cake. The flavor of the cake was top notch, though I would have liked the texture to be a bit more moist. The coffees were excellent, specially in a warm august day! The overall design felt a bit unfinished. From my seat, I could see a long hallway leading to a not-so-nice kitchen, which took away from the atmosphere a little, and the menu hanging on the wall felt a bit random. Still, the Greek men working there were very friendly and brought a warm, welcoming vibe that made the visit enjoyable.

Great welcoming. Great vibe. Great music. Absolutely my favorite coffee in Amsterdam. (My advice: Ask for what the person behind the bar likes to drink, go with that, and step into a new and inspiring place in life, sit back and enjoy the atmosphere.)

Alpha Coffee quickly became my regular haunt in Amsterdam. Their authentic Greek pie is hands down my favorite snack in the whole city — flaky, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I found myself popping in as often as I could during my stay just to get another one. The coffee is solid too, but honestly, the pie is the true highlight of the place and even of my trip. A cozy spot well worth visiting!

Meatball sandwich was AMAZING. It takes time so do not be in a hurry. It is messy and you will eat it with a fork =SO GOOD!!! Coffee was nice too. Small dining area with tiny tables. Worth a visit!

This place looks so inviting from the outside that we had to go in. The pies were delicious as expected there but surprisingly the halwa with dark chocolate and strawberry was the star of the show. The sandwiches are also well-crafted and bursting with flavours. Coffee is great too!! The staff is very helpful with a good sense of humour. You will definitely get the chill Amsterdam vibe with them while not being overbearing.
